The terms and conditions that follow apply to all transactions with Preen Cosmetics.  By processing and submitting an order to preencosmetics.com you are confirming that you agree with these terms and conditions.

Availability & Pricing
All prices shown are in pound sterling and include delivery and VAT.  We reserve the right to change pricing before accepting an order.  Any prices that refer to a recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices that the manufacturer recommends for the UK market. All products on the website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn from the site at any time.  Should any orders made with Preen Cosmetics not be fulfilled, the customer will be offered a full refund.

Product Details
We guarantee that all products are genuine and authentic, however, to find the best prices, some items may have originally been intended to sell outside of the UK, which may result in different packaging or labelling, these details will be clearly stated in the product description. We will always describe the product as accurately as possible and to the best of our knowledge.  Colour charts are provided as a guide only and are not an exact match.  Images and photographs associated with the product are for reference and illustration only.  If the item is unboxed, or marked as ‘not for individual sale,’ we will state this clearly in the product description. By submitting an order to Preen Cosmetics you are confirming that you have read and understood the product description and accept the item in the described condition.

Returns & Cancelling orders
For hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns, however if a product has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.   The item should be returned to Preen Cosmetics and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.  An exchange or refund will then be offered to you, depending on availability. As per the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have a ‘cooling off period’ of seven working days if you wish to cancel your order.  The goods must be returned to Preen Cosmetics unused and untested.  There will be no refund for the postage costs involved in returning the goods. All returns will be thoroughly inspected and if any item is found to have been opened, tested or tampered with in any way you will not receive a refund.  This is due to the nature of the goods we sell. Once the return has been processed, a refund will be processed via the original means of payment.

Preen Cosmetics and anyone associated with preencosmetics.com will not be responsible for any damage caused during the use, or misuse, of the website or from any information contained therein.  All material and content on preencosmetics.com is not intended to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent any condition and is for information only.  Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding all suggestions and recommendations made within the site. Whilst every effort is made to maintain correct information on the website, some errors may occur and we reserve the right to withdraw offers, or correct errors, change and modify content and these terms and conditions at any time. We are not responsible for any effects caused by product misuse. All customers using the Preen Cosmetics website are responsible for reading and studying the ingredients and directions for any products purchased. The customer accepts full responsibility for any reactions that may occur to any product used.
