How do I order a product?
As you browse through Preen Cosmetics, add products to your shopping cart by clicking once on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.  This will place the items into your shopping bag which you can view and edit at any time.
You can clearly see what items you have added to your shopping bag in the blue square to the left of the screen, which will update as you look around the site.

When you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Go to Checkout‘ button under your shopping cart.
This will take you to a screen where you will be asked to enter your shipping details.  Once you have completed your delivery address, click on the  ‘Make Purchase‘ button at the bottom of the screen.

You will then be directed to PayPal, a trusted leader in online payments where you can pay by credit or debit card in complete confidence.

From there, you can continue shopping or sit back and wait for your lovely items to arrive!

How will you delivery my items and what are the delivery charges?
All prices shown on Preen Cosmetics include delivery charges, so the price you see is the price you pay, nothing more.
Depending on what you have ordered, your item will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class or Special Delivery.  We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day, if not sooner.  If you are buying a gift and need next day delivery, please send an email or specify this in the comments section when ordering through Paypal.

What about returns?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, for hygiene reasons, we cannot usually except returns.  Please see our terms and conditions.  However, if you’re not happy, for whatever reason, please let us know and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as the item has not yet been shipped you can cancel your order and get a full refund.  Please call or email the office as soon as possible,  because one the item has been shipped, we can not cancel the order.

Do you accept international orders?
Preen Cosmetics only ships to UK address at this time.
